MANUFACTURING & ROLLER REPAIRS

Rollers are manufactured from solid or tube. They can be stress relieved, balanced and have a ground, turned and polished finish. They can be Chrome plated, Rubber covered, engraved, ceramic coated, copper plated or used as made.

    • A full engineering service is offered.  Broken journals can be replaced and machined as new.   Bearing areas, threads and keyways can be built up and machined to suit.
